The West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce is hosting an Under 40 Series Event tomorrow night at The Browns Social House in Lynn Valley Village.

 

"Derek Archer, Owner and Operator of Browns SocialHouse North Vancouver locations, will be the keynote speaker for the fourth edition of the West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce’s Under 40 (U40) initiative, a speaker series geared to educating future business leaders through the experiences of today’s leaders."


Space is limited to 70 people and the event runs from 5:00pm-7:00pm. This is a great chance to network with young professionals on the North Shore and gain insight from Derek in how he has become a highly successful entrepreneur.

November 11th is on Monday and the West Vancouver Yacht Club is hosting a service at 10:00am.

 

We get to call West Vancouver home which is arguably the nicest part of Vancouver in a city that is consistently ranked in the Top 3 places to live in the world. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to our Veterans...the men and women who fought to keep our freedom.

 

Wherever you are at 11:00am on Monday, please take a moment to give thanks in a way that makes sense to you and your family. We are exceptionally lucky to live in such a great community and a wonderful country.

There were 30 new Listings this past week in West Vancouver (detached homes) with 3485 Mathers being the highest priced at $7,880,000. There were 18 Sales which finished off a strong October with well over 60 Sales which is well above the 49 in October 2012 and close to even with the 64 Sales last month.
